    Product features

    The three-phase oil-immersed distribution voltage device produced by our company  adopts a new insulation structure,which improves the short-circuit resistance;The iron core is made of high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets;High-voltage windings   are made of high-quality oxygen-free copper wires and adopt multi-layer cylindrical structure;All  fasteners  are  treated  with  special  anti-corrosion  treatment.Adopt  corrugated oil tank and fully sealed structure.

    Reliable structure

    On the basis of traditional structure and mature technology,our company has made
    many improvements,such as adopting:
    ① Spiral coil with longitudinal oil passage has better internal heat dissipation
    ② The effective support of the coil end face is improved,and the short-circuit current resistance is stronger;
    ③ New hoisting structure and positioning structure are adopted to ensure more reliability in long-distance transportation and operation;
    ④ We also have many unique and reliable structures to serve you;
    ⑤ Choosing a transformer with higher performance level will have a higher level of technical content
    ⑥ The oil tank adopts fully sealed structure to isolate the transformer from the atmosphere,prevent and slowdown the deterioration of oil and damp insulation, enhance the operation reliability and avoid maintenance during normal operation.

    High quality materials

    All raw materials have undergone quality inspection,and all raw material manufacturers have undergone strict examination according to the national standard Iso9000.
    ① The oxygen-free copper wire with lower resistivity is selected,and after a series of  additional surface treatments,it is smoother and has no burr sharp corners,which  makes the load loss of the transformer lower and the electrical performance more reliable.
    ② Select high-quality silicon steel sheet,and with the improvement of performance level,adopt silicon steel sheet with lower unit loss,so that the no-load loss of  transformer is lower
    ③ Select high-quality laminated wood insulation,which will never crack,even under the action of short-circuit current
    ④ The transformer oil after deep filtration is selected,which has a lower level of water gas and impurities,and the transformer works more reliably.
    ⑤ Select  high-quality  rubber  sealing  material  to  effectively  prevent  aging  and earth leakage

    Normal service conditions

    Altitude
    No more than 1000m;
    Environmental temperature:
    The maximum temperature is+40℃;
    The maximum monthly average temperature is +30℃;
    The maximum annual average temperature is +20℃;
    The outdoor minimum temperature is -25℃。
    The waveform of power supply voltage is similar to sine wave.
    For three-phase transformer,its three-phase supply voltage should be approximately symmetrical. Installation environment:
    There is no obvious pollution in the installation environment;
    The ground  acceleration ag  caused by earthquake is lower than 3m/s²in the horizontal direction and 1.5m/s² in the vertical direction.

    Any special use conditions that need to meet the normal use conditions of the transformer shall be stated in the inquiry and order.
