Applicable scope
This switchgear is suitable for three-phase AC 50Hz,rated voltage 380V (400V),rated current 4000A and below in three-phase four wire and three-phase five wire power systems.It is widely used by power plants,substations, industrial and mining enterprises,buildings,hotels,airports,docks,and other power users for energy distribution,conversion,control,and reactive power compensation.It includes the functions of Power Center (PC)and Motor Control Center (MMC),and can be designed as a mixed cabinet type of fixed cabinet and drawer cabinet to meet different power distribution needs.The switchgear has the characteristics of high breaking capacity,good dynamicand thermalstabiity,novel and reasonable structure,complete electrical scheme series,and high protection level,making it an ideal replacement product.
Scope of application
Altitude:≤2000m
Air temperature:The upper limit of the surrounding air temperature is+40℃,and the lower limit is -5℃.And theaverage temperature within 24 hours shall not exceed+35℃,and the minimum temperatureunder storage and transportation conditions is 30℃ .
Relative humidity:The maximum temperature should not exceed 50%at+40℃,and a higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures (such as 90%at+20℃).However,it should be considered that occasional condensation may occur due to temperature changes.
Installation site:When installing the equipment,the inclination from the vertical surface shall not exceed 5°,and it should be installed in a place without severe vibration and impact,and insufficient to cause corrosion of electrical components.
Note: When the normal usage conditions mentioned above cannot meet the usage requirements the user shall negotiate with the manufacturer.
Structural characteristics
Strong structural versatility and flexible assembly:The switchgear is a fully assembled combination structure,with installation holes of φ9.2mm and 100mm modules on the sides, making internal installation flexible and convenient.
The compartments of the switchgear can be divided into functional unit rooms,busbar rooms, and cable rooms.The functional functions of each functional unit are relatively independent and the areas are strictly separated by continuously grounded metal plates or flame-retardant plasticplates,ensuring safe use and preventing the spreadof accidents.
All structural components inside the switchgear shall be galvanized and passivated.The door panels and side panels around the switchgear are all made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plates processed and formed by CNC machine tools.The surface is then treated with acid pickling, phosphating,and other treatments,followed by electrostaticspraying,which is wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant.It has both solid mechanical strength and reliable grounding protection.The switchgear drawers have connection positions,test positions,disconnection positions, extraction positions,and isolation positions.Each drawer and switch are equipped with amechanical coupling device:when the switch is in the off state,thedrawer can be withdrawn and inserted;when the switch is in the closed state,the drawer cannot be withdrawn and inserted.To prevent unauthorized operation,the operating mechanism handle can be padlocked tolock the switch in the off position.Functional unit drawers of the same specification can be easily interchanged,with each functional unit drawer corresponding to a maximum of 36 pairs of auxiliary contacts,which can meet the needs of remote operation control,electricity metering, and computer interface automation monitoring systems.
The horizontal main busbar adopts a horizontal arrangement behind the cabinet to enhance the ability of the busbar to resist electrical forces,which is a basic measure to ensure that the main circuit of the device has high short-circuit strength.The vertical busbar is assembled in an insulation functional board to prevent phase to phase discharge of the vertical busbar caused by switching arc,improving the product's electric shock protection ability and safe operation rate;The design of the cable compartment makes it very convenient for cables to enter and exit both up and down.
Types of switchgear and drawers
According to its purpose,it can be divided into:incoming cabinet,busbar connection cabinet, feeder cabinet(motor centralized control cabinet,lighting distribution cabinet),and power factor compensation cabinet.According to the incoming method,it can be divided into four types:upper in and upper out,upper in and lower out,lower in and upper out,and lower in and lower out.
There are five types of drawer height specifications,all based on a height of 160mm:five size series:1/2 unit,1 unit,3/2 unit,2 unit,and 3 unit.The drawer circuit current is 400A and below.
Main electrical components of the switchgear
The selection principle of the main electrical components is based on the introduction of technology,and our company can produce in series and meet the performance requirements of the device.The power supply and feeder unit circuit breakers mainly choose GTW1 and CW1 series,and other similar or imported MT series and E series can also be selected.GTW1 and CW1 circuit breakers have the characteristics of high performance,compact structure, lightweight,strong series,relatively low price,and convenient maintenance and use.
The drawer unit(motor control unit,partial feeding unit)circuit breaker mainly selects GTM1 and CM1 series molded case circuit breakers,and some choose imported NS series and S series. These switches have the characteristics of good performance,compact structure,short or no flashover,and high technical and economic indicators.The isolation switch adopts the Q series.This series has high reliability,strong breaking ability,and can achieve mechanical interlocking
The main selection for fuses is the RT(NT)series.
The main options for AC contactors are B series and LC1D series

Transportation and storage
Attention should be paid to the following points during transportation and storage of switchgear:
① Do not tip over,turn upside down and suffer severe vibration to prevent from getting close to the fire source.
② It should be protected from rain to avoid dampness of the product.
③ Do not disassemble electrical products and parts at will.
Ordering instructions:
When placing an order,the customer should provide the following information:
①Full model of the product (including main circuit scheme number and auxiliary circuit scheme number).
②Sequence diagram of main circuitsystem combination.
③Electrical schematic diagram of auxiliary circuit.
④List of components inside the cabinet.
⑤Other special requirements that do not meet the normal usage conditions of the product will be separately agreed upon.
