Product structure
The switchgear is composed of a cabinet and a central withdrawable part (Handcart).The cabinet is divided into four separate compartments,the protection level of the shell is IP4X,and the protection level of the compartments and the circuit breaker room when the door is opened is IP2X.It is equipped with overhead inlet and outlet lines,cable inlet and outlet lines and other functional schemes,which can become a power distribution device in various forms after arrangement and combination.The switchgear can be installed from the front debugging and maintenance,so it can be composed of back-to-back dual arrangement and wall installation, improve the safety of switchgear,flexibility,reduce the footprint.
Product features
The case of the switchgear is made of aluminum and zinc sheet steel,machined by CNC machine with multiple hemming process.In this way,the whole cabinet not only has high precision,strong corrosion and oxidation resistance,but also because of the use of multiple flanging process,so that the cabinet than other similar equipment cabinet overall light weight,high mechanical strength,beautiful appearance.The cabinet body adopts assembly structure and is connected by riveting nuts and high strength bolts.In this way,the processing and production cycle is short,the parts are universal,the area is less,and the production is easy to organize.
The handcart skeleton is also made of copper plate and assembled by CNC machine tool. The handcart is insulated and matched with thecabinet,and the mechanical interlock is safe, reliable and flexible.According to different uses,handcarts are divided into circuit breaker handcarts,voltage transformer handcarts,metering handcarts and isolation handcarts.All kinds of handcarts change according to modulus and building blocks,and handcarts of the same specification can be 100%freely exchanged.The handcart has an isolation position/test position and a working position in the cabinet,and each position has a positioning device to ensure the reliability of the interlock.It must be operated according to the interlock misoperation prevention procedure.
All kinds of handcars adopt nut and screw to push and exit.Its operation is light and flexible, suitable for all kinds of personnel on duty to operate.When the cabinet needs to be removed, a special transfer car can be used to conveniently takeit out for allkinds of inspection and maintenance;And adopt the middle type,the whole car size is small inspection and maintenance are very convenient
Breaker The trolley is equipped with vacuum breaker and other auxiliary equipment.When the mobile car is transported into the circuit breaker room of the cabinet,it can be reliably locked in the disconnect position/test position;And the cabinet position display light will show its position,and only after it is completely locked,can the pushing mechanism be shaken to push the hand car tothe working position.After the hand car to the working position,the push handle is not shaken,the corresponding position display light will show its position,the mechanical interlock can reliably ensure that the hand car only in the working position or test position,the circuit breaker can be closed;Andonly in the opening state,the circuit breaker can move.

Note:
① When the circuit breaker is used to control the 3-10kV motor,if the starting current is less than 600A,the metal zinc oxide arrester must be added.The specific requirements shall be negotiated between the user and our company.
② When the circuit breaker is used to open and disable the container group,the rated current of the capacitor bank should not be greater than 80%of the rated current of the circuit breaker.
Transportation and storage
Attention should be paid to the following points during transportation and storage of switchgear:
① Do not tip over,turn upside down and suffer severe vibration to prevent from getting close to the fire source.
② It should be protected from rain to avoid dampness of the product.
③ Do not disassemble electrical products and parts at will.
Ordering instructions
The following information should be provided when ordering:
① Main wiring scheme number and single wire system drawing,arrangement drawing and layout drawing;
②Secondary schematic diagram,terminal arrangement diagram,if no terminal arrangement diagram,according to the manufacturer's terminal block arrangement;
③ The model,specification and quantity of the electrical components of the switch cabinet;
④ Summary of electrical equipment;
⑤ When the bus structure (bus structure between two cabinets and bus structure between wall cabinets)is needed,the span and height size shall be provided;
⑥The special environmental conditions for the use of the switch cabinet should be put forward when ordering;
⑦ The type and quantity should be mentioned when other or more accessories are needed.
