Installation conditions
The upper limit of the ambient air temperature is +40℃,and the lower limit is -5℃.And the average temperature within 24 hours shall not exceed +35℃;
Atmospheric conditions:The air is clean,and the relative humidity does not exceed 50%at the highest temperature of +40℃.Higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures (such as 90%at +20℃):However,it should be considered that occasional condensation may occur due to temperature changes;
The altitude does not exceed 2000m;
This device is suitable for transportation and storage processes at the following temperatures:- Within the range of 25℃ to+55℃,it can reach+70℃ in a short period of time(no more than 24 hours).At these extreme temperatures,the device should not suffer any irreparable damage and should be able to operate normally under normal conditions;
If the above usage conditions cannot be meet,it should be resolved through negotiation between the user and the manufacturer.
When this device is used on offshore oil drilling and production platforms and nuclear power plants,aseparate technical agreement should be signed.
Cabinet structure
The basic structure of the switchgear cabinet is composed of C-shaped profiles assembled.The C profile is bent from a steel plate with an E=2.5mm module installation hole.
All frames and inner partitions are galvanized and purified.The surrounding door panels and side panels are subjected to high-voltage electrostaticspraying.
Switchgear type
Power distribution center cabinet (PC):Emax,MT,3WN,AH,ME series circuit breakers can be used. Motor Control Center Cabinet (MMC):assembled from large and small drawers,each circuit main switch adopts a high breaking molded case circuit breaker or a rotating load switch with a fuse.Power factor automatic compensation cabinet (with manual,automatic,and remote power factor compensation devices).

Transportation and storage
Attention should be paid to the following points during transportation and storage of switchgear:
① Do not tip over,turn upside down and suffer severe vibration to prevent from getting close to the fire source.
② It should be protected from rain to avoid dampness of the product.
③ Do not disassemble electrical products and parts at will.
Ordering instructions
When placing an order,the customer should provide the following information:
①Full model of the product (including main circuit scheme number and auxiliary circuit scheme number).
②Sequence diagram of main circuitsystem combination.
③Electrical schematic diagram of auxiliary circuit.
④List of components inside the cabinet.
⑤Other special requirements that do not meet the normal usage conditions of the product will be separately agreed upon.When
