Arc extinguishing principle of load switch
Sf6 gas has good arc extinguishing performance.In order to quickly extinguish the arc,the switch generates an arc when the moving and stationary contacts are just separated during the current interruption process.At this time,due to the magnetic field effect of the permanent magnet,the arc is driven to move quickly,causing it to elongate and continuously combine with SF6 gas to quickly dissociate and cool.When the current exceeds zero,it extinguishes. The double fracture opening distance has the insulation level of the isolation fracture.The permanent magnet arc rotation principle has small operating power,strong arc extinguishing ability,light contact burns,and extended electrical life.

The GT-FLN(36.48)-12D SF6 three position load switch is a multifunctional medium voltage switchgear that integrates closing,opening,and grounding.It is filled with 0.05MPa SF6 gas in a fully sealed epoxy resin shell with a reinforced structure,and achieves the above three functions with the least number of components,thus ensuring product quality and improving reliability.The equipment is maintenance free and can safely operate for over 20 years under
normal conditions
Due to the independent manual or electric operating mechanism of the switch for closing and breaking the main circuit,the opening and closing speed of the switch is determined by the spring and is independent of the manual speed.After installing electric mechanisms and microcomputer measurement and control devices,telemetry,remote signaling,and remote adjustment can be achieved,providing necessary conditions for power grid automation.

Transportation and storage

① Do not tip over,turn upside down and suffer severe vibration to prevent from getting close to the fire source.
② It should be protected from rain to avoid dampness of the product.

②The model,specification and quantity of the electrical components of the switch cabinet;
③Summary of electrical equipment;
④When the bus structure (bus structure between two cabinets and bus structure between wall cabinets)is needed,the span and height size shall be provided;
⑤The special environmental conditions for the use of the switch cabinet should be put forward when ordering;
