Resin insulation dry-type transformer is an advanced foreign technology introduced  by our company.We independently developed series of thin-walled dry-type  transformers with fillers,such as SC(B)10,SC(B)11,SC(B)12 and SC(B)13.Because  the coil is encapsulated by epoxy resin,it is flame-retardant,fire-proof,explosion-proof, maintenance-free,pollution-free and small  in  size,and  can  be  directly  installed  in  the load center.At the same time,the scientific and reasonable design and pouring  technology make the product have smaller local discharge,low noise and strong  heat dissipation ability, is equipped with  intelligent temperature controller, which  has  the functions of  fault  alarm,over-temperature  alarm,over-temperature  trip and black brake,and is connected with computer through RS485 serial interface, so it can be monitored and controlled centrally.Because our dry-type transformer  has the above characteristics,it is widely used in power transmission and transformation  systems,such  as  hotels,airports,high-rise  buildings,commercial centers,residential  quarters  and  other important  places,as  well  as  subways,smelting  power  plants,  ships,offshore drilling  platforms  and other  places with  harsh  environment.

Scope of application

ZGS Combined transformer (Commonly known as American box transformer),its structure  is" 品"type,transformer and high and low voltage equipment are closely connected as one, among them,three sides of the transformer exposed to the air,good heat dissipation conditions  and can be separated from high and low voltage equipment shell,easy maintenance.
