Orders are fully booked until the end of 2027! The "Heart of Power" is a global bestseller!

China's computing power electricity consumption surges; the "Power Heart" shoulders heavy responsibilities.
The explosive growth of global AI computing centers has made transformers a scarce resource. Lead times in the U.S. market have extended from 50 weeks to 127 weeks.
At an electrical equipment enterprise in Foshan, the factory's core product—dry-type transformers, mainly used in data centers and other scenarios—has seen a rapid surge in export orders.
Li Xia, Marketing Director of an Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd. in Foshan, Guangdong: "Compared to delivery lead times in Europe and the U.S., ours are roughly less than one-fifth. Currently, our order book is very full, and we aim to raise our overseas revenue share to 50% or higher."
Full-capacity production is also seen in the Yangtze River Delta. At a transformer factory in Jiangsu, product orders are fully booked until the end of 2027. Recently, China's first fully insulated, ultra-high voltage, large-capacity transformer was shipped to the North American market.
Data shows there are approximately 3,000 transformer manufacturers in China. In 2025, China's total export value of transformers reached 64.6 billion yuan, a nearly 36% increase from 2024.
Cai Yiqing, Secretary-General of the Power Equipment Branch of China Electricity Council: "China has become the world's largest transformer producer, having built the world's most complete transformer manufacturing system. We possess the hard power of independent control over the entire industrial chain, with production capacity accounting for about 60% of the global total."

Chinese Transformers Accelerate Technological Iteration to Seize the Global Computing Power Market.
AI supercomputing clusters impose stringent requirements on power quality. Leveraging our core technological advantages, China's transformer industry is developing solid-state transformers and high-frequency transformers to accommodate new energy integration and capture the global computing power market.
The combined demand for global AI computing power construction, energy transition, and power grid upgrading has made transformers a sought-after commodity. Domestic transformers are also accelerating technological iteration to adapt to new requirements.
To address the challenges posed by the high penetration of new energy, the application of full silicon carbide (SiC) power electronic transformer technology is being explored in Hebei. By adopting high-voltage SiC devices, this technology reduces power loss and improves the efficiency of new energy utilization.
From the upstream smelting of copper and silicon steel, to the processing of magnet wires, core manufacturing, and the production of insulating pressboard for transformers, China has built the world's most complete and efficient transformer industrial chain.
